If you compare ASD Systems with some of its peers, I think you have to speculate a price target for ASDS somewhere near $50; and that could be conservative. Look at a relative price comparison with other B2B Co's.

Re ASDS: As I said before, 1998 revenue of $8 million. Competitors trade at well over 100X revenue (more like 200X for ARBA, but of course there must be some premium for being a leader). ASDS, at $13, trading at 25-30x revenue. Do the math.
