Hagar, While ambiguous, I liked your response and it pointed out areas that must always be remembered in these deals: 1. We don't know what technology CSCO got that hasn't been PR'd yet. I was merely looking at it from the surface product level. 2. Even if the technology looks stale, the idea is to sell it. If CSCO can sell it profitably, it could turn out to be a winner even if less technically adept. It will be really interesting to see how this story unfolds. Thanks, Clay
