It is fun to watch MM's bounce the Q around.
LTBH investors who dont trade options, like watching
the ants race off in a new pattern anytime the wind blows.

Just visited Tokyo and observed the cell phone usage. On the
street it seemed that 2-5% were on the phone. And everyone
carried a cell phone. The phones were sold off pegboards
from many small shops on the sidewalks.

There were many ads on the subway for CDMAone. Sadly there
were also very small signs stating the cell phones should
not be used on the subways. This suggestion was of course
followed by the Japanese. People might accept a call but
would quickly end it.

The phones were tiny. Maybe 30x100 mm and some were under
70gm. I will provide the exact dimensions and other specs
tomorrow from the sales literature.

The phone impact on the electronics stores was clear,
Yodabashi camera dedicated much of the first floor to phones
and accessories. There was even a kiosk with a plug to allow
installing new ringing tones for the phone.

The CDMAone phones were priced at 6800 yen and the other
phones were priced at 1000 yen. (105 yen to the dollar) Easy
to tell which is the premium unit.
