C-Cube's booth number is L214 in the North hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. With DVxplore, C-Cube is driving the development of consumer electronics devices, PC add-in boards and software that perform the functions of realtime TV timeshifting (pause, rewind, fast-forward and instant replay of live television), encoding from analog to digital for archiving and later viewing as well as video editing. The DVxplore silicon is in use by NEC for their new GigaStation optical recorder and JVC for their newest generation of D-VHS products. C-Cube has also partnered with Western Digital to provide consumer manufacturers with a reference platform for hard disk drive based DVR (Digital Video Recorder) devices.
