i must say i am against government interference as a matter of principle. i suspect however that MSFT may indeed have overstepped the bounds of propriety on occasion...in fact in view of it's dominance and the high value management no doubt places on a continuation of said dominance, i would be surprised if they had not.
it's really not that easy to determine where the line should be drawn i guess...
