My link that used to work all the time says the applet cannot be loaded. So may be ISLD is down from the casual access port.

but they are screwing around with the system. At one point it was two hours behind the quote on QCOM. It could be that they are working on this new thing:

When they get it going it will sex-on-a-stick but I wouldn't spend time with it yet.
