Gary, PLCOP up to $4.00 so you are right, Warrants (PLCOW) are getting interesting. Once PLCOP gets over $5.00 the warrants will run dollar for dollar with the P's.

PLCOP's still cheap at even $6.00, assuming the PLCO price holds, since the P's get you 6 shares of common (PLCO) after conversion. This equates to $1.00 per share net cost.

Since the PLCO's are priced at $1.43, that is a good deal.

Of course right now you are only paying 67 cents for the PLCO's post conversion, since the PLCOP's are only at $4.00

CURRENT PRICE OF WARRANTS (PLCOW) = 94 cents
PRICE OF WARRANTS if PCLOP goes to $10= $5-7 (with time value)

CURRENT PRICE OF PLCOP = $4
MAKING your net cost OF PLCO's after conversion = 67 cents

YET CURRENT PRICE OF PLCO's = $1.43

CONCLUSION: Keep buying PLCOP's for now and watch warrants closely

What's encouraging is that the volume is still light and the stock is moving up slowly but surely. Also the IPO has been priced now at the top of it's range and is apparently many times oversubscribed. IPO trades Friday.
