I'm here to vent as a very pissed off former customer who got SCREWED by DBCC to the tune of $3500 for services never received! The way they treat customers is a joke. I hope the stock goes to zero and out of business!!! They created another account when I subscribed to a second service but didn't notify me. No confirmation, no email, no statements etc. After cancelling my service on what I thought was my only account, they continued to charge my credit card for over a year on the second account and now will only give me 60 days credit. I had absolutely no clue whatsoever I was being charged. They're response: tough luck, should have checked your credit card statements. My response: SCREW DBCC!!!

Minos Ostensibly DBCC should be a power house. How ever it hasn't proved out this way. It is extremely frustrating to see a company which has seemingly a lot going for it do so little in the market. What in the h--- is going on---who knows! When one gets a stock like DBCC, perhaps it is better to move on. The reason that many people don't move on is because as soon as the minor players give up---the specialist moves the stock higher. This is the fear and greed factor operating---fear of missing the move if sold and wanting to participate in the move if it happens. If you find out or understand what is going on please let us all know. mj
