Mark, more than a half a year ago Bob Gardner said "60 days". March 18, 1999 In press release #99-3 (SI reply #18013)
"NAXOS COMPLETES DEMONSTRATION PLANT AT FRANKLIN LAKE"
The release goes on to say........"Naxos is please to announce the final assembly and commencement of operations of the closed loop leaching system"...."This is important as the the operation of a plant was an objective of new management"

>>>>"We expect it will take about 60 days from last week to have the plant running at optimum efficiency".<<<<<

Mark, you had an excellent post at that time. March 19, 1999 SI post # 18031 in a reply to Brad " I agree with you in the sense that 60 days from now will be a much bigger and more important test, both in the actual news and in the manner in which it is dispersed" ....post continues...

Other posts like #18025 say ""One thing this might accomplish, in my opinion anyway, is to give current shareholders a much better reason not to sell at this point. We are very close to knowing if the recovery process can work and and a ton per hour for the next 60 days will give everyone plenty of proof."

I think we have all the proof we need.

Also, to continue the same point, Bob in the Presidents letter dated April 9, 1999 (SI post # 18585)Bob says>>>>"We then immediately commissioned ......and, as we announced on March 18, it is operational and running 24 hours a day. The consultants and Naxos' staff are in the process optimizing the plant and are confident that the stated 60 day time period for bringing the plant into optimum production will be met."

Same press release "FINAL THOUGHTS" ......"I promise that we will provide you with as much information as we possibly can, as soon as it is both available and completely reliable."

IT"S BEEN 60 DAYS--WHERE IS THE NEWS??????? Not that we don't know.

I also think there is a lot of other information that could be made available to shareholders.

You asked for an example, here's one.
