No. What I actually said was:

Clearly I said that unless you have data that indicates a hostile bid, that is, unsolicited and also unkown to Piyush, there is no buyout.

I have told you this in PM's becuase I did not want to get in a "fight" with you over this. I have good data that says CS stock is a $40 stock. But it will not happen on a buyout.

My hope was that you would reconfirm with your sources why you think a buyout would happen. If I have to trace through your posts to find statements from you that indicate you have a "source", I will. Please lets not bicker over what you have said in the past.

The point is: There is no buyout.
