PLCOP arbitrage

If trends keep up, there may be little reason to short PLCO against PLCOP by 12/29. PLCOP is moving fast towards 6*PLCO. Still plenty of room to go, but PLCOP tripled in a week, with PLCO up maybe 20%. Tight float, buys overwhelming sellers and willing MM could put PLCO at 2 and plcop at 11 by the end of next week. Not going to be a rush to convert for that premium. Especially if any of the more daring institutional types buy into the 'European EToys' marketing of the stock. PLCOP is much more likely to be over the magic $5 priceline than PLCO (although I won't complain if that happens)

You haven't started selling your shares from under a buck yet? With all the boards now pumping PLCOP, it is a cakewalk selling our shares into their buying. My initial position is at .375 [1 yr. old]. . .PLCOP was near .75 just a week or two ago, as I recall.

The trick about this play is the PLCO commons. . . they received some serious attention today, compared to average trading volume. . . and made a nice gain. . . if that continues, I doubt we will need to worry much about conversion or dilution.

Appreciate all the warnings, though.
