Many momo players exited @16 Today, which is a good thing, the next run will be much smoother as a lot of overhead was taken out. There's significant accumulation occurring and most of it is institutional, notice the avg lot size, no way is it retail. 1 news of substance(large order/partner etc...) released will rocket this stock to the mid-20's as I believe ISPD is the highest quality/lowest priced DSL play in the market. Compare ISPD to it's competitors and you'll clearly see it's way undervalued.
