Elmer, Yes indeed, AMD is in a stern chase, or as they say Intel is a rapidly moving target with enough resources to have many parallel streams developing at once.
AMD is gaining as last year they had no multiple arrays on the horizon....now it is first quarter release and being demoed now behind closed doors. Apparently AMD will not allow the parts to be inspected by Intel until they land running at full speed so they catch them with their parts down, or is that pants, like they did with the Athlon.
