You are correct that the FCC move on wireline charges for DSL could impact stationary wireless internet. Seems like it could drop prices and really put price pressure on wireless, which won't be as competitive as previously anticipated. It could slow introduction of HDR if the price points aren't there. When the price point was the same, there was a greater incentive for wireless carriers to accelerate high data in order to garner market share against DSL and cable.

Todays action reminds me of the song lyric, "Round and round it goes, in a spin ...."
