What are the NUMBERS, Mani ?

Did'nt you see them Paul ? They were published in PC Magazine. On the page right next to where Intel made their yields, bin splits & etc public information.

Paul Re <<What ARE THESE Yields, Mani ? What are the NUMBERS, Mani ?>>

I am getting tired of this junk. I don't know the exact yield number and NIETHER DO YOU. An analyst estimated 60% for the Athlon.

AMD and analyst have publicly said that yields are "BETTER". That means that Intel manufacturing advantage over AMD is less. That was the whole point I was trying to make.

Paul, I disagreed with you, I did not declare war on you, do you see the difference?

Prengle, re:<What ARE THESE Yields, Mani ? What are the NUMBERS, Mani ?>

You know very well that those are top secret numbers. But it doesn't take a great intellect to realize that if all of the analysts are raising their estimates of Athlon production by 50 to 100%, that Athlon yields are considerably higher than AMD expected.
