BigBull,

Targets from last night's securitytrader, tonights not up yet, OSX 1st target 90.5, second target 99.9 about. I don't think these are Boom2K targets either, but will inform when that is clarified.
Plus OSX did what it needed to do today, busted through the upper trend line around 81. Extended out a few days that's about 85.

Bull, maybe you know this, but those numbers you referenced are only a small part of the picture. Foreign oil companies are no longer forced to partner with Petrobras. The majors are going in on their own and no doubt spending a lot more.

Another quote from Hart's E&P:
"The waters owned by Brazil are about 13 times the size of the Gulf of Mexico. But at the rate spec is being shot in the area, most of it will be surveyed at least 13 times as fast."

("spec" means seismic data that the survey contractors are collecting on speculation that they can sell it to oil companies)
