I will admit that I'm a little disappointed in the PR. Was hoping for more specifics and not such a long time frame. I do know that the company in question has required the confidential agreements but wish it was otherwise.
Now we have an unknown company we are merging with and an unknown JV fund partner and an unknown short position since nobody was shown the forensic audit and an unknown gold deposit because we haven't drilled enough drill holes.....enough to drive me to drink! Ahhh, its not so bad. I like to believe that Medinah has other unpleasant surprises for the short position. Cheers.

I agree 200 days may seem like a lifetime...buttttt look at what Medinah will do to its asset base over the next 100 days, then its a matter of sorting out the financials to make sure everyone gets their fair share....If we did the deal in the next 60 days without knowing what LDM & LiPangue are worth we would get the other half of the salami....If these guys announce a fund deal & major buyers have arrived we will be fine...if they think we were paid graduates of Coonass University (whoops we are)then I hope over the next 200 days they dig a secret tunnel to somewhere. Ski condos & other resort locales will not suffice! They have to deliver the other carrots this week or shareholders may end up filing class action...IMO Its time to show the cards all of 'em!!!!!!

agreed...let's hear some specifics, MDHM management...and let's hear about some drilling - rigs should be getting mobilized by now...shouldn't they?
