Dear paul: Last week didnt have the Fed meeting to potentiall raise interest rates. If they raise the but change the bias to neutral going forward I think we will be OK. Likewise if the sit on their hands and keep the current bias. BUT, if they raise them AND indicate a bias for further tightening Uh Oh, the short term will likely provide further buying opportunity. If they dont raise at all and go to a nuetral bias it will be KATIE BAR THE DOOR, there will be dancing and screaming in the streets. Personally I think they likely will raise the 1/4 pt not because they need to but because regardless of what they say I just CANNOT see any further raise this year (meeting at Christmas time) nor next year (election year). The unknown in my mind is how they will treat bias. JDN
