You disagree with the judge, Reggie? What a pleasant surprise. In true Microphile fashion, in one post you deride Linux, and a couple posts later it's significant competition. Do you endorse the market valuation placed on the purveyors of "free" software? Just wondering.

Cheers, Dan.

Reg- The Finding of Facts in the Microsoft case begins:

-------------------- snip -------------------------

The Court has considered the record evidence submitted by the parties, made determinations as to its relevancy and materiality, assessed the credibility of the testimony of the witnesses, both written and oral, and ascertained for its purposes the probative significance of the documentary and visual evidence presented.

-------------------- snip -------------------------

What follows are the facts of the case. You should read the facts first. They are as clear as the opening statement.

After reading the facts you can tell me the judges errors but
even if I agreed with you it would have no effect on the
written record.

Next comes the Findings of Law where the Judge explains
what laws were broken.
