Yeah, I forget to mention Cree Research. I tend to skip over it, because I've never paid 25 times sales for anything, except the occasional biotech. Won't be starting anytime soon, either. I remember looking over a couple of their SBIR projects, must've been about ten years ago. I was doing some work with SiC at the time, but not for semiconductor device applications. How about nitrogen and oxygen? If you could figure out some way to make a chip that releases nitrous oxide, it would be the perfect product for this market. Investors would go nuts over it! <g> WT
