"Apparently, somebody is afraid of the big, bad Fed. Conventional wisdom says tomorrow's Federal Open Market Committee meeting will be good for stocks (barring a shock), as a rate hike means the Fed is done for the foreseeable future and no tightening means ... well, no tightening."
