Looks like DCTC's illustrious management... ...is seeking to write off the $13 million value of the master service agreement...if this does get flushed down the crapper what tangible assets remain? Of course we all expected this to happen, but it's still a real kick in the ass. IMO, don't blame the SEC for the present state of our investment. Blame the company's management starting at the top....They've really screwed up. Period. Having concluded my rant...can anyone tell me how DCTC is creating revenues? Do they actually have revenues anymore? Can we expect a dilutive financing in the very near future to keep management and the company afloat? How close is the company to swimming in "shark" infested waters? Greg
