That is what I thought...
We agree on the POG and probably on NA unhedged stocks but something is going on with the SA producers and I am sticking with them. Thanks for the reply and good luck to you too.

edit...I was just thinking of a great theme song for you "Physical" by Olivia Newton John

Ole, Yes, You were right, (& many of us knew you were all along), there WILL be Y2k problems. The questions remain, "How many problems will there be" & "How big will they be"?
I still believe a lot in the private sector are fixed or getting there fast. I'd guess some things in the Federal Govt. are fixed. I'm sure some cities are closer than others, and the same is true of the states. Of the IRS, I'm guessing, as always, no matter what, they WILL get their money! So, if the Govt. can pull their head of of it, things will get done, though even more slowly than we can dare guess. There will be some BIG UGLY wake up calls.

I just wonder how close the military is? I'm hearing there will be LOTS of av. fuel spent those nights, because there will be lots of Govt. jets in the air, & far fewer than the norm. airline traffic.

BUT gold, I think some of the big low hedged gold miners will be OK to very good.
