Since I don't own a TV set the whole discussion is a little mysterious to me, anyway can anybody doubt that the internet and TV will converge? Why would people want two entertainment boxes? If the converging takes place, then according to Value Line that would affect GMST's value, i.e. its gorilla status.
Am I reasoning incorrectly?

Regarding Gemstar: perhaps a larger threat is a potential convergence between television and the internet.

Ummm, and perhaps a larger opportunity.
