Small stocks like LVCI with a small float can see very exaggerated moves in either direction without much happening in the real world. Add to the lack of liquidity a large amount of institutional holdings and you have a recipe for extreme volatility. Hopefully, the bear market for laser stocks has run its course and the company's stock prices can catch up to the massive growth in the industry. Once we reach nosebleed levels again, I'm sure our brave industry analysts will upgrade the stocks and start the cycle all over again.
