Upon reading the announcement one more time, I feel I ought to correct a statement I made earlier that Lu was exiting the SC business. That statement is probably an inference that I got out of it at the time, probably prematurely. It is just not there in the announcement. The second is AMSC's comment at the end of the announcement, which lead you to think that they got those licenses to round off their know-how, and to avoid future litigation on borderline issues.
