Cacaito, IF the FDA agrees to let Xoma file the BLA, is the rest of the fast track approval process a mere formality?

Cell Pathways has a different approach. Will be interesting to see how they fare with the F.D.A. Complete release of clinical trial data, expressed excitement, for a result the FDA does not recognize as significant for the treatment of the the disease, though the medical community seems to. My understanding of the release, and I understand that I do not fully understand.
