PMSW: I think Bernard Baruch used to say that when the cabby said to buy a stock that it was surely time to sell. Your logic is the flip side of that rule. JFD

How much worse can it get? The current news is all about how PCs are soon to be obsolete. MSFT and INTC are starting to look like the new "Dogs of the Dow" (and just look at DELL to complete the picture). This is like water torture - drip, drip, drip, each day down another point or two. We're well below the support at 87-89 now, drifting down on days when the market is up, accelerating down on days when the market is down. Each passing day decreases the likelihood of positive news about a settlement. Really looks like it's heading for 79.

Sigh - at least I have CSCO and ORCL to brighten my day!

P.S. Speaking of TV, today on NBR there were some positive remarks by one of the authors of "Dow 36000".
