Mr. Jacobs Could you give us an idea of when we can expect the update? (days/weeks/months) It has already been two weeks (which you personally indicated was more that enough time to discuss the progress with David, Judy, and Paul) since you indicated an update was imminent and nine weeks since Pyng has provided any news on the progress of the production plan or distributor channels. I am also interested in seeing the abstract distributed to ACEP attendees and progress on this front. Thanks Jack

Mr. Jacobs-When will you provide the promised update? If there are circumstances that have and will continue to delay your ability to provide a production update please post a short message that adjusts our expectations. I am sure there is some reason that you are delaying the update (other than the time required to draft it) but it escapes me. Surely you must realized that your message deriding my two week estimate for the update created an expectation of an update within the 2 weeks time frame from 11/3/99.
