Teevee... Did JDX also participate in the $US36 million private placement and do you know if they will participate in the upcoming IPO They did not participate in the latest round of financing and are just sitting on the initial investment. The last round of financing would have the worst conversion rate so JDX getting in before the big round of financing was great timing. JDX wants to get into companies at far lower prices than the IPO price so they are not participating in the Medsite.com IPO. Best Regards KEITH
