Predicting stock movement is an inexact art(g) Perhaps a few times a year, or on occasion during the week, there is a clear day when one can see forever. You know something and know that you know something. I've had it happen many times( with horse races)hehe. A guaranteed winner which then gets scratched at the gate, loses the jockey or gets disqualified. S*&t happens, like that Taiwan quake. Mondays are not good (for me) in the market. If Friday was a downer, then Monday looks like a black abyss often producing mistakes. Being right only 60% of the time can do wonders. Anyway, thats part what we do here, pick winners and prices, and the only way I know to measure the worth of it is whether portfolio is up or down over time. Today is just another blip on the Q-charts of what I hope has an upward slope. Good luck Sig.
