BUY SIGNAL: BREAKOUT ON 10x VOLUME: MACD/OBV/RoCh BULLISH DIVERGENCES.

This time looks different.....Reverse Head and Shoulders Neckline breakout on High Volume....

In reviewing the charts, I prefer the Elder Analyses [ie looking at computerized indicators---Rate of Change, MACD, OBV etc] to classical chart patterns; however we are seeing IMO a major trend reversal based on Classical Analysis [confirming the computerized indicators discussed in my last post].

We see a Classic Reverse Head and Shoulders Breakout with the neckline at 2.00, the head formed in October 99 at the lows and now a breakout [with false pullback failure]on 10 x normal volume.

I don't call these reversals often; The last time I called one was a similar chart pattern in UPR [Union Pacific Resources] when it broke through its neckline on 10 x volume through 10.0 price. It went all the way to 19 3/8.

(( SEE UPR THREAD: POST # 13: MARCH 25, 1999)).

Reversing a trend happens with many head fakes and only after most people have been so burned in a prolonged downtrend that they don't believe the dog could ever bark again. Then it turns. Like clockwork.....

Just my "humble" opinion.

I am holding...
