Thanks all for the info. For some reason I thought we would have had a decision by mid-November but I must have been mistaken. Stock is treading water at the moment so any good news re: Messina should take us up somewhat. BTW, if crudestope is reading this, may I be so bold as to ask how many shares your 'group' has acquired over the past year or so - and what the average price/share is? If that's too nosey, just ignore this request. Brian
