pbull: The scatter gun stage seems to be where most of us are here on e commerce. Mike's case study of the front office and his post just now reminds me of the power of concentrating on a specific area and learning about it in depth. Mike has done that for the front office and he encouraged me to set up a telecom equip supply "game" . That effort has been very helpful. Is there a way to do something similar here for an area of e commerce? Cha2
