Do you know at what price per share the $US36 million private placement was done at and what the current share capitalization of Medsite.com is? Are there any details on how many shares JDX will end up with

The details of the conversion and shares outstanding will not be known until the S1's are released. There was $25 mill done prior to the $36 mill PP. At each stage of financing the conversion rate is higher so the people doing earlier PP's (e.g JDX) would get more shares/$1. It is unknown how many shares JDX will get other than the shares will be exchanged at a price significantly below the IPO price. I will just say that even 1% of a billion market cap. is still $15 million Can. and leave it at that.

Best Regards
