After careful consideration the decision is - The list will remain closed.

It was announced from the beginning we would go to 100 then the list would be officially closed. The list was posted and discussed up to the closing.

I regret that not everyone was able to make the Original Charter List. As Joe so aptly stated Your post on this thread shows you were here in the early days...your messages will be here as long as GNETs servers are active, so I guess you should be content that it is documented in that way. Don't worry...in 2025, when historians are seeing where the "accidental gazillionairs" all came from, they'll see your message. :*)

bruiser and Sarkie: I think that anyone who has the wisdom to invest in CHTR ought to be included on the list. I guess that you could say that they were wise too late, but buying at today's levels is kind of like buying at the levels seen on the first day of trading- a wise move in any event.

Perhaps membership in the list ought to be tied to the size of each member's long position?

Just a thought.
