Incidentally, you are wrong again. I posted in October of 1998 regarding a roughly breakeven pair of transactions in VLNC. Go fetch.

The issues with VLNC are prospective. Gross margins of 65% will not happen. VLNC should focus on becoming cash flow positive befroe projecting 65% G/Ms, if in fact they are.

Paul, I miss your conversion chart on CC. Do you think they're just going to hold onto their last dregs? In a few days the conversion price will be above 6.03. At that point I'd have to assume they have some other scheme in mind, perhaps using their warrants in combination. Or perhaps they've simply abandoned the hedging for now and are just going to sit tight in a long position and await circumstances. What do you think?
