IN Vestor, rather than writing a page of ad-hominem arguments, why not try to come up with facts that dispute the assumptions I put up. That is the reason I put them up is to be challenged.

As far as a 15% net profit margin goes, personally I thought this was kind of optimistic. Pure battery makers are hard to find for comparison purposes; the one I posted (ROV) has a net margin of 4.6%. According to Market Guide, the average net profit margin for the Electronic Instruments and Controls industry is 5.4%. I assumed a net profit margin for VLNC that is more than 3X a major battery manufacturer, and almost 3X the average net profit margin in the industry.

Do you have a basis for saying VLNC's net profit margin will be MORE than 3X its industry?
