Skeet, Thanks for the insight. I am an experienced patent attorney aware of the types of patent protection available, as well as some of your concerns. You seem to have experienced a particular issue that I cannot comment on. While I disagree with your points regarding patent law in the US, I would prefer to not waste thread space on off topic issues.
