Mr. Hinchcliff presently holds 2,274,771 shares. If you go over the old Annual reports and trading records you will find that he has owned these shares before 1996. Back in 1996, when the company climbed to almost $4, he did not sell any of his shares in JDX. Nor did he sell any shares as it fell back to the present price. I believe that through both this climb and fall in share value, his confidence in the value of the stock demonstrates Mr. Hinchcliff's enormous confidence that he has in the company - and their ability to achieve significantly higher prices.
