Your definition is very good and close. You may also see the pitfall in the argument.

Let me try it's been a while..

First :The case is presented that since the MIND can conceive of a Supreme and Perfect Being wherein a more Perfect Being could not be conceived of that it is possible that one may actually exist !

Second : Since this being may or may not exists it would certainly be subordinate and less than Perfect compared to a Supreme Being that has the attribute of Necessary Existence in that nothing else could exist apart from this Being Actually and Really existing !

Third : That since the first proposition proves Possible existence that it must follow that the concept of Necessary Existence implies and Actual existence because if a Thing MUST BE IT IS ! Therefore GOD IS

Fourth : Since the human mind does have the concept of a more supreme being who must exist and be superior to a being who might exist therefore He Must Exist .

Fifth: Infinite and Necessary Existence is the attribute and end of degrees of Perfection and the necessary end of relative, moral, and all other characteristics of quality of existence !

You are using a similar approach with me when you argue against the way I say GOD IS

These arguments are wrong. They are the worship of the mind of man and the intellect. They prove nothing !

You believe that if you can conceive of a "HIGHER QUALITY of EXISTENCE" in a proposed God to the one I say does in fact exist then that would prove that bu necessity mine does not exist and I must be wrong or am serving a lesser GOD..

Do you see the holes in the thinking ?

Later

Third : Since the first premise prove the possibility of existence then the second conception prove the possibility of a necessary being that MUST EXIST !

Isaiah 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
