Didn't GWB fly the same type of plane McCain did? Just going up in one of those hot rods is risky. He didn't pick "an easy way out" as some of his detractors say.

" a fair number of sorties". You don't really know, do you? Air to air combat was a very brief episode in the Viet Nam conflict. That is documented. After that only attacks against ground installations were carried out. Yes, that can be dangerous, but he was, certainly, not
the only pilot who flew them. Are all of the others with as good, or better, record than McCain, also qualified to be POTUS? TD
