For some real examples, look at qcom, which will most likely head lower before going higher. Also emlx, cell (which I posted on already) and lwin (which now looks posed for some recovery).
Some old favorites of mine are nearing old very strong resistance points. Check out file and tklc. Short or covered puts or itm calls would be the recommended actiopn here. Just my 2 cents

Casaubon,

A decent way to tell the stock is making a top involves candlestick analysis. When the stock is making smaller and smaller up moves, after a quick move up, and it is doing this on diminishing volume, it's usually a good time to write calls.

Sounds a lot like IFMX, BEFORE today! Seems like the best rule of the last two weeks is just wait another day or two. But of course these are not "typical" weeks.
