Under the terms of the agreement, Telebancshareowners will receive 1.05 shares of E*TRADE common stock for each share ofTelebanc common stock. Following the merger, which is expected to be accountedfor as a pooling-of-interests, Telebanc shareowners will own approximately 13percent of E*TRADE's outstanding common stock.

Just happened to glance at CNBC as I went for more java.
Interviewee said at about 10:45--"OLBs are hot- Go buy em"

See the big spike at 10:45 ??
