MRV Announces a New Complete Line of Fiber Channel Transceiver Modules businesswire.com This is some more good FC news for MRVC shareholders. The form factor on these transceivers allows for increased port density on FC devices which is already occurring. Is it my imagination or is the FC over WDM SAN device a well kept secret? My enthusiasm is tempered by my correspondence with WDM engineers over the years who have told me that it is protocol neutral and that any protocol can be supported with the appropriate modules.
