"Clunky handoffs? What in the world is that?"

Ron, the naysayers are getting more desperate in their arguments as all the good ones from yesteryear have fallen by the wayside. I haven't heard the "one supplier" argument recently, nor have I heard the "iDEN is inferior" argument either. And what ever happened to the "adds will drop off soon" argument or the "lousy coverage" or "no roaming" arguments as a reason for NXTL supposed demise? The "too much debt" argument has been put to bed, as well as the "they don't have enough money" argument.

So the arguments have shifted to the "no 3G path" and "clunky handoffs" arguments. In other words, the bears are reduced to making empty arguments that even they don't believe. But the bottom line for investors in the short term is what will happen when the shorts feel enough pain that they cover their positions? The long term bottom line is what will happen to NXTL's competitive position when they get the spectrum equal to or greater than T and PCS. I see a Mona Lisa type picture in NXTL's future. That is, shareholders will see a smiling NXTL while shorts and naysayers will frown. Hey, the glass is half full and well on its way to overflowing. But I say it's bullish that shorts see the glass as half empty because when they realize that it's rising to overflowing, the stock will zoom.
