Thanks for the thoughts on this. I have been reflecting on your comments about the need for a disk re-mapping utility.

Curious why someone would install a new and larger hard drive and make it the secondary rather than the primary?

This morning my inbox in Outlook Express had a message "Don't delete this", warning me that my folders will be messed up. The message claimed to be 'internally generated' and was date and time stamped at an hour when my system was 'suspended'.

Has anyone ever received a similar message? If so, what happened?

I deleted the message without opening or reading it. Now I'm curious.
