The CDG has a breakdown of current subs....note that the North American number is 12.9m
and not 19.9m as they have in one of the boxes.

Total subs is 41.1m....I wish they would stop rounding. Over 41m sounds just as good as
almost 42m and it is a lot more accurate.

re: those who attempt to make technical analysis too complicated are doomed to disappointment

So true this is what I was getting at. By no means did I want to attack your methods to the core, I was responding to your derogatory comments to me. What do you expect, in return? I refuse to be looked down on from anyone!

It's a classic science fiction theme: advanced technology viewed as magic or witchcraft by primitives. When shown a bic lighter, a caveman will will either fall to his knees in adoration or swing a stone axe. Stories by Heinlein, Clarke, Pohl, and many other greats employ this story line.

I sense support levels for Q at 365, 360, 355, 350, 345, 340, 335, 330, 325, 320, 315, 310, 305, 300, 295, 290, 285, 280, 275, 270, 265, 260, 255, 250, 245, 240, 235, 230, 225, 220, 205, 200, 195, 190, 185, 180, 175, 170, 165, 160, 155, 150, 145, 140, 135, 130, 125, 120, 115, 110, 105, 100, 95, 90, 85, 80, 75, 70, 65, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 0, and -5. If one of these doesn't hold, use the one immediately below it.

Continue to use your tools, JW. You are kind to take the time to explain your methodology, but it might be better to keep your prognostications cloaked in mystery.

I'm going to take a break to eat some raw meat.

Jim Willie, honey chile,

There are some very nice academic types hanging out on this thread. Some of them even wear (the dreaded) bikinis. Let's all calm down. QCOM is playing with us today. Let's remember we own a powerful gorilla about to split four ways in just over a month. We're all in the catbird seat, longterm. Let's not lose sight of this.
