Francois,
Suspect the move is on the good PR news as well as the "positive" outcome from the WTO talks. Have been off the boards for quite a while, but still have a "sizable" stake in our little XNET that I'm holding for the long term. Looks like a good move on all the Chinese ISP stocks (XNET, HRCT, & IMOT)
