dwc. i have an opinion. CNBC reported China communications is growing overall at about 70% per year with an independent buying population currently around 200 million (remaining 900 million are buyers through community groups). Dell's numbers portend they're growing at nearly 1000% in China. Legend, the largest box purveyor in China is growing at 35%. Dell is the fastest growing business segment in China for box makers.

WTO opens the doors to further foreign investment in the China market. It principally opens the doors to Dell's marketing push campaign. Currently Dell's success has been word of mouth. Advertisements on national TV will be considered and allowed in most populous areas; mailings, billboards, etc. Many of these advertising issues were discussed in the WTO meetings.

Dell is the "hidden" China stock.

Dell becomes more that just a box maker in China. With Dell's push into internet handhelds it's Dell's marketing base and push which becomes most important. The marketing spring platform which Dell is currently building there will be it's most effective asset for future growth.
